Remote Online Notary (RON)

• $25 for the first notarial act.
• $5 for each additional notarial act within the same appointment.

Mobile Notary charges include travel fee/mileage plus standard notary fees as shown below.

• $10 for the first notarial act
• $5 for each additional notarial act within the same appointment
• $2 per mile with a minimum travel fee of $15.00 for each mobile appointment
• Milage is computed using Google Maps round trip from Sedro Wooley City Center
• Total fees will be computed and agreed upon prior to setting an appointment

I abide by Washington State Maximum Fees per WAC 308-30-220 for the following notarial acts:

• Witnessing or attesting a signature
• Taking an acknowledgment or a verification upon oath or affirmation
• Certifying or attesting a copy
• Administering an oath or affirmation
